Why these eleven and not more
Most “YouTube tool” sites are a long list of half-broken converters glued together with affiliate ads. We do the opposite: a small set of well-built tools that share one pipeline. Whether you click YouTube to MP3 or YouTube audio extractor, you get the same in-browser AAC pull with the same quality output — just with different defaults to match what you came for.
Same for the video tools. 1080p, 4K, and 8K are all the same client-side mux pipeline; the dedicated pages exist because the questions people have differ at each tier (file size, codec, playback compatibility) and we want a page that actually answers the question you searched for.
Everything runs locally. The companion API at vidpickr.com just resolves the format list and mints short-lived signed tokens; the bytes themselves stream directly from YouTube’s CDN to your browser to your disk. Nothing about your downloads is logged, retained, or sold. Privacy as the default, not the upgrade.
If a tool you want is missing, tell us — we ship new ones when there is a real use case rather than a long-tail keyword we can spam.
